This item is out of stock?

Something you like out of stock? Shoot a request for it through my messages and perhaps I can whip up a few and add them to the store. This also helps me out in knowing what you guys are interested in.

My order never arrived?

If you have not received your package within 2-3 weeks of placing your order please fill out the contact form above and I will reach out to you as soon as I can (usually within 24 hours). I will then check your tracking information and we will figure out a solution from there.

I received a damaged order?

I’m sorry if that does happen but once it leaves my care, it’s in the hands of USPS and I no longer have control of the outcome of the order. Please refer to our store policy page for more information. If you are claiming an item is damaged upon delivery, please email fromtheundeadboxco@gmail.com with the order number as the subject and an image of the damaged item attached. I will try to come up with a solution with you.

The Item I received looks different than the picture?

All items in store are handmade and may vary slightly from the picture. However, if you are not satisfied by the quality of your purchase, please contact me via email fromtheundeadboxco@gmail.com or through the form above.

How do I get a refund?

I'm sorry your order didn't work out how you wanted. Please refer to our refund policy before filling out the contact form above.

Where is my order?

From the Undead is an individually ran business. I try to complete orders as fast as I can, but please keep in mind that it is one person making and packing each order. Orders usually ship within 1-2 weeks and you will be notified once it is shipped out. For more information on our shipping policy, please click the link provided.
